How to Prepare Mushroom Tea:

– Cut 20g of mushroom into small pieces.

– Put the cut pieces into 2 liters of water and boil for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

– Can be re-boiled up to 3 times; store in the refrigerator.

– Red dates, licorice, or honey can be added to reduce the bitterness of the mushroom.

(Use approximately 10g of red dates and 10g of licorice for 20g of Reishi mushroom)

– You can adjust the ratio of mushroom and water according to your preference.

How to Use:

– Mushroom water can be drunk at any time as a water substitute.

– Drink 1 to 3 cups regularly each day and adjust according to your physical condition.

– When drinking mushroom water for the first time, you may experience a mild headache. This is a normal reaction, so reduce the dosage and stop use if the reaction lasts more than a week or if the condition worsens.

Storage Instructions

– Avoid damp places and direct sunlight.

– Seal the mushrooms tightly and keep them in the refrigerator or freezer.

– If the mushrooms get wet, they should be boiled immediately; do not store wet mushrooms.

– Store the prepared mushroom water in the refrigerator.
