Instructions for Use:

Slice the dried black ginseng and eat directly, maximum 3 grams per day. Alternatively, boil or steep in warm water, drink the liquid, and consume the sliced residues.

Note: For people with low or unstable blood pressure, take a small dose and use after a full meal. People with high blood pressure and diabetes should take it far apart from the time of taking blood pressure/diabetes medication. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not use this product.
